ENMARS

Six stages, one coordination layer

Production process

Every project moves through a structured, transparent workflow — from the first technical briefing to delivery — so partners always know where things stand and what comes next.

01

Technical Briefing

Every project begins with a structured technical briefing designed to define scope, quantities, timelines and production specifications with clarity. By establishing precise parameters early, we reduce uncertainty and create a solid foundation for efficient coordination.

02

Supplier Sourcing

ENMARS selects and aligns specialised suppliers according to the technical needs of each project, coordinating a network of trusted partners through a structured and transparent workflow rather than relying on a single source.

03

Component Manufacturing

Once specifications are confirmed, production of glass vials and associated elements is carried out by certified manufacturing partners. ENMARS supervises this phase to ensure components meet industrial standards.

04

Filling & Assembly

Handling and assembly workflows are mainly managed in ENMARS facilities. When needed, we coordinate with other partners for filling and assembly, maintaining clear communication across every step.

05

Wrapping & Finishing

ENMARS coordinates wrapping, labeling and finishing processes to ensure each vial meets aesthetic, regulatory compliance and technical expectations, aligned with production timelines.

06

Quality Flow & Delivery

Quality control is integrated throughout the workflow rather than treated as a final checkpoint. Once production is complete, we coordinate delivery logistics to support launches and ongoing sampling programs.
